PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety device for a vehicle capable of preventing the deterioration of the power of concentration of a driver who is having a conversation over a portable telephone. SOLUTION: This safety device for a vehicle for outputting warning for drawing attentions to a driver in a scene where the power of concentration is necessary for driving is characterized by making the output configurations of warning when a communication terminal 20 for a traveling object is put in a conversational state different from the output configurations of warning in the other case. The difference of the output configurations of the warning is preferentially associated with any of the output level of warning, the output frequency of warning, and the level of warning indicated by warning.
