PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute an access load from a plurality of computers to a disk storage regarding a disk storage access of SAN (system area network). SOLUTION: Access frequency measuring parts 124, 134 measure access frequency to a disk of the present computer, a resource monitoring management part 101 inquires resource monitoring parts 121, 131, collects, totals the measured access frequency, stores the access frequency in a table 103, requests volume copy to a SAN control part 102 when the totaled access frequency to a certain disk is equal to or more than a first specified value, requests volume deletion to the SAN control part 102 when the totaled access frequency is equal to or less than a second specified value, the SAN control part issues an instruction to a DKU control part 111, the DKU control part makes a DKC at a copying origin perform the volume copy to other disk by instructing the DKC in the case of copy, deletes copy volume by instructing deletion DKC in the case of deletion and the SAN control part instructs change of an access path to the disk to LU conversion control parts 123, 133 after completion of copy and deletion.
