PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human-machine interface evaluation analysis device capable of excluding an arbitrary evaluation of each evaluator without needing a high level of knowledge about factors inducing human errors. SOLUTION: The human-machine interface evaluation analysis device is provided with: a storage part 11 for storing, as evaluation value information, evaluation results of an evaluation index preset for each work process in a work to be evaluated; an evaluation information presentation processing part 6 for presenting to the evaluators a plurality of proposed evaluated points preset for each evaluation index; an input processing part 5 for storing into the storage part 11 a proposed evaluation point selected from the plurality of proposed evaluation points by the evaluators as the result of evaluation of the evaluation index; and a human interface analysis part 8 for setting a contribution degree of the human-machine interface to the human errors in the work to be analyzed and calculating the result of the evaluation of the evaluation index weighted according to the contribution degree as a danger degree of the human errors.
