The arrangement has earphones (14) occupying a stored position in which the earphones are supported by a headrest (12) of a seat (10), and a utilization position. The earphones are placed on ears of an occupant of a motor vehicle, in the utilization position. The earphones are connected to the headrest by a connection wire (16). The wire is retracted inside the headrest, for allowing the earphones to pass from the utilization position to the stored position. The earphones are placed in a reinforcement (22) of a front part (24) of the headrest, in the stored position.
