PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing electronic parts capable of materializing at least one of a readiness to produce, an enhancement in mounting property and an enhancement in characteristics. SOLUTION: An element part 3 having at least one function of an inductance, a resistor and a capacitor is formed in a base 1, and a masking such as a resist film 4 or the like is formed on at least a side surface of the base 1.
