PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece transfer and conveyance device capable of transferring and conveying a workpiece smoothly and corresponding to high speed handling. SOLUTION: In this workpiece transfer and conveyance device constituted in such a way that a plurality of workpiece conveyance tables 2, 3 having a plurality of workpiece holders 4, 5 holding the workpiece W are arranged in parallel in peripheral fringe parts to transfer and convey the workpiece W between adjacent workpiece conveyance tables 2 and 3, a workpiece transfer part 6 is provided between adjacent workpiece conveyance tables 2 and 3, adjacent workpiece conveyance tables 2, 3 rotate continuously in synchronization, and the workpiece W held in the workpiece holder 4 on the workpiece conveyance table 2 on one side is transferred and conveyed to the workpiece holder 5 on the workpiece conveyance table 3 on the other side in the workpiece transfer part 6.
