<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-on reset circuit capable of outputting a normal reset signal during a process when a power supply voltage rises even if the power supply voltage is as low as about 1.0 V. <P>SOLUTION: The power-on reset circuit for outputting a reset signal to an internal circuit in a rising process of the power supply voltage VDDI includes: a resistor R10 (R11) connected between a first power supply terminal and a first node N1 (the first node N1 and a second power terminal); a PMOS MP10 connected in parallel with the resistor R10 connected to the positive pole of the power supply; and an inverter INV10 for shaping a signal at the first node N1 varied with the rising of the power supply voltage VDDI and outputting the result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
