<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transaction device capable of shortening a time required until a customer service pattern is switched to a pattern for an unskilled person after the unskilled person arrives at the automatic transaction device. <P>SOLUTION: This automatic transaction device is provided with an automatic transaction device main body 12 set in a store 11; and an in-store photographing means 13 capable of photographing the inside of the store 11. The behavior of a customer 16 arriving, from an entrance 14 of the store 11, at the automatic transaction device main body 12 is analyzed on the basis of image data picked up with the in-store photographing means 13. The automatic transaction device is further provided with an action analyzing means 26 for classifying, from the analysis result, the customer 16 into a skilled person or an unskilled person for the automatic transaction device main body 12; and a control means 22 for switching a guest service pattern for the customer 16 of a customer service part 17 of the automatic transaction device main body 12 to a pattern for an unskilled person when the customer is classified into the unskilled person on the basis of the discrimination result of the action analyzing means 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
