PURPOSE:To attain an interactive inputting without making a display device indispensable, by guiding a data input by using a small-sized lamp such as an LED, etc. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is constituted by providing a lamp control part connected to a central processing part 3, a data register 7, an operating part 9, a sequence setting part 11, a lamp group 13 connected to the lamp control part 5, and a sequence storage part 15 connected to the sequence setting part 11. The lamp group 13 is constituted of an LED lamp group corresponding to control axes (X axis, Y axis), and a lamp group corresponding to control functions (start point, number of trains, pitch) of a set data, and these lamp groups 13 are placed in a position being easily visible to an operator. In such a state, these small-sized lamp groups 13 are flashed or flickered by a prescribed sequence, and a data input is guided by the lamp group 13. In such a way, a data input device which does not make a display device indispensable and capable of inputting interactive can be obtained.
