PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically cancel that a screw part of a feeding screw clings to a screw hole of a feeding table to prevent the movement of a lens. SOLUTION: A movable tube 13 includes a lens holding member 22 that moves by the turning of the feeding screw 25 at the time of focusing and moves from a housing position to a variable power position by driving of a variable power moving mechanism 16 at the time of variable power. A contact member 54 is fixed to a camera body. A contact member 54 comes into contact with a slope 46 provided at the feeding table 26 when the movable tube 13 moves to the housing position to turn the feeding table 26 with respect to the feeding screw 25 to cancel a sticking phenomenon. An operation for returning the movable tube 13 to the housing position is performed when the detector 61 determines that the lens 21 does not pass through an original position at the time of focusing.
