SUBSTANCE: method involves cleaning grain and subjecting to the action of propionic acid aerosol flow comprising chitosan additive, with chitosan source being preparation produced from Mortierella strangulata micromycet biomass by predetermined process. EFFECT: increased resistance of grain to microflora development and provision for reliable storage of grain.
