<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency message device by which an emergent situation is more exactly positively informed to a destination being notified emergency when the emergent situation is generated. <P>SOLUTION: An interface section 3 for connecting a cellular telephone 2 is provided. When an emergent situation detection section 27 detects the emergent situation in a state connecting the cellular telephone 2 to the interface section 3, the emergent situation is automatically emergency-notified through the cellular telephone 2 to the destination being notified the emergency.
