<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve combing in an application object such as hair; and to improve an application quantity of an application liquid in a cap with a comb having a plurality of plate-like comb teeth erecting and arranged in a row in the thickness direction of the plate-like comb teeth on a cap part installed on a vessel for housing the application liquid. <P>SOLUTION: This cap 10A with the comb is composed of the cap part 20 installed in the vessel 1 for housing the application liquid and a comb-teeth part 30 for arranging the plurality of plate-like comb teeth 31 erected on the cap part 20 in a row in the thickness direction of the plate-like comb teeth 31. The plate-like comb teeth 31 have a liquid feeding passage 32 for communicating with the inside of the vessel 1. One end of the liquid feeding passage 32 opens as a delivery hole 33 of the application liquid in a tip part of the plate-like comb teeth 31.
