PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf practicing mat by which a trainee can clearly recognize a wrong swing wherein a club head touches the ground on this side of a ball when the wrong swing is performed. SOLUTION: This golf practicing mat 1 has a first artificial turf part 3 and a second artificial turf part 4 which are divided by a dividing region 5 of a proper width on the upper surface of a sheet-like base part 2. The first artificial turf part 3 and the second artificial turf part 4 respectively have artificial turfs 3a and 4a on a first base 6 and a second base 7. The first base 6 and the second base 7 are respectively fixed to the upper surface of the base part 2 through a first adhesive layer 8 and a second adhesive layer 9 while respectively leaving non-fixed parts 6a and 7a on the dividing region 5 side. When the practice of a swing is performed, a ball 10 is placed on the artificial turf 4a in the vicinity of the dividing region 5, and a golf club is swung through from the first artificial turf part 3 side in such a manner that the club head may not touch the dividing region 5 and the side edge 7b of the second base 7.
