PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unrequired slip of a rotating inner wheel while exhibiting a vehicle turning round moment by a differential restriction action between right and left wheels at the time of sports traveling to the maximum to avoid the tight corner braking phenomenon at the time of low speed large steering wheel turn. SOLUTION: A center differential restriction control part 40 operates/sets a car speed, the vehicle turning state, the target differential revolution number and the control starting differential revolution number respectively. Regarding each of a front wheel side and a rear wheel side, in cases where the inner wheel side revolution number in the rotation state is less than the outer wheel side revolution number by the control starting differential revolution number, a differential restriction torque obtained by an information at the front or rear wheel side is set to 0. In cases where the inner wheel side revolution number in the rotation state exceeds the outer wheel side revolution number by the control starting differential revolution number, the differential restriction torque obtained by the information at the front or rear wheel side is operated based on the target differential revolution number and the actual differential revolution number between the right and left wheels.
