PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear guide that can be used favorably even under an environment where strong non-magnetism and high vacuum are required. SOLUTION: This linear guide 10 is composed of a guide rail 1, a slider 2, and an end cap fixing bolt 5, that are composed of titanium alloy, balls 3, that are composed of ceramic, and an end cap 4 and a ball stopper 6, that are composed of a fluorine resin.
