PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable smooth rotation without using an auxiliary device such as a caster and to provide a structure suitable for a build-in housing shelf regarding a housing shelf provided with an opening / closing door. SOLUTION: Metallic hinge seats 36 and 38 are attached to a top plate 14 and a bottom plate 16 by screw sleeves, free ends of the hinge seats 36 and 38 project from the front surfaces 14-1 and 16-1 of the top plate 14 and the bottom plate 16 and a hinge shaft 24 is attached between the projecting ends of the hinge seats 36 and 38. The cylindrical parts 30A and 30B of the hinges 26A and 26B of rotary doors 12A and 12B are inserted into the hinge shaft 24 by a series of end part mutual abutting structures and the rotary doors 12A and 12B are attached to the common hinge shaft 24. The upper and lower ends of the rotary doors 12A and 12B are extended to the front surfaces 14-1 and 16-1 of the top plate 14 and the bottom plate 16 and a cap 59 closing a clearance between the opposing ends of the rotary doors 12A and 12B at the time of being closed is mounted on the projecting end of the hinge shaft 24 from the hinge seats 36 and 38.
