摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation monitoring device for easily and accurately monitoring insulation by using a small-sized detector. <P>SOLUTION: The insulation monitoring device is configured such that a first measuring signal f1 composed of a high frequency is inputted to a ground line 110 of an electric equipment circuit 100 from a measuring input means 1, a first leakage current corresponding to the first measuring signal f1 is detected by a leakage current detection means 2, a forecast leakage current corresponding to a second measuring signal f2 from a relation between the detected first leakage current and the first measuring signal f1 is operated by a forecast operation means 4, and a leakage current of a hot-line commercial frequency f0 is operated by the leakage current operation means 2 based on the second leakage current detected by the leakage current detection means when the second measuring signal f2 is inputted and the forecast leakage current. The first and second measuring signals f1, f2 are thereby easily inputted to the ground line 110, the leakage current is operated while considering both the capacitance component and the inductance component of the electric equipment circuit 100 adding to the resistance component thereof, thus achieving reduction in the size of the device as well as accurately performing the insulation monitoring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p>
