STRUCTURE FOR FIXING HOT WIRE TERMINAL OF THERMAL PLATE

PURPOSE: A structure for fixing a hot wire terminal of a thermal plate is provided to increase the adhesive strength of a hot wire by using a copper foil so as to maintain a contact force between a copper plate and the hot wire. CONSTITUTION: A hot wire(3) is provided on a copper plate(2). A terminal unit(10) attaches the hot wire(3) and the copper plate(2). An additional sheet(5) covers a base sheet(1) that is provided on the terminal unit(10). The additional sheet(5) and the base sheet(1) are made of a PS(PolyStylene) film so as to increase the sealing ability and durability. A copper foil(11) forces the hot wire(3) and the copper plate(2) to be tightly coupled and fixed since it has a softness characteristic. The copper foil(11) and the copper plate(2) are made of a copper to prevent a spark between the hot wire(3) and the copper plate.
