PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle-transporting apparatus which can smoothly transport twice-folded noodles without damaging the noodles, when the twice-folded noodles are transported to the next process chute. SOLUTION: This noodle-transporting apparatus for receiving the noodles in each basket 14 at a transport entrance 2IN, transporting the noodle-received basket 14 to a place near a noodle-releasing exit 2OUT and then transferring the noodles received in basket 14 is characterized by forming the basket 14 from three basket portions (front portion 20, central portion 22 and rear portion 24) divided in the transporting direction, first turning the front portion 20 placed at the front position in the transporting direction along a sprocket 12b disposed at a place close to the noodle-transporting exit, when the basket 14 is transported to the noodle-transporting exit, then turning the central portion 22 to gradually transfer the received folded noodles N to the next chute 5, and finally turning the rear portion 24 to perfectly transfer the folded noodles N to the next chute 5.
