<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a powdery material for confectionery in which the powdery material for confectionery in which low hygroscopic property is ensured can be obtained by using a grain raw material having many oil content. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the powdery material for confectionery having many oil content in which low hygroscopic property is ensured comprises mixing the powdery material for confectionery with a polyglycerol fatty acid ester and then heating and mixing the mixture at a temperature not lower than a melting point of the polyglycerol fatty acid ester to coat the powdery material for confectionery with the polyglycerol fatty acid ester in the method for producing the powdery material for confectionery by grinding the grain raw material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
