<p>The mould has a main longitudinal channel into which the molten metal is poured, feeding several secondary channels consisting of cores with hollow centres. The hollow parts to be moulded are formed around these cores and molten metal is fed from the hollow centre through small holes in the core into the mould cavity around the core.</p> |
