PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a table also served as a carriage and to greatly improve the convenience, portability, and storage performance without marring the compactness, easy setting performance, and low cost especially required for a folding type portable table. SOLUTION: This table also served as the carriage is provided with a flat base board part 2 served as both of a table top plate part 2t and a carriage cargo box part 2c, frame body parts 3 and 3 served as both of table leg parts 3t and 3t and carriage handle parts 3c and 3c and supported to corner parts of the base board part 2, changeover mechanisms 4 and 4 setting the frame body parts 3 and 3 to a lower position Xd projecting downward from the base board part 2 or an upper position Xu projecting upward from the base board part 2, and a plurality of caster parts 5 supported on the lower surface of the base board part 2.
