PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical analysis method for efficiently, uniformly mixing a plurality of liquids by utilizing the expansion and contraction of bubbles for agitating and mixing to mix the plurality of liquids. SOLUTION: The chemical analysis method has a channel, a fluid element, and a detection element on a board, and the plurality of liquids are used on the board for performing a chemical analysis and chemical synthesis. Then, a chemical analysis apparatus has a mixing tank for mixing the plurality of liquids, at least one electrical heating element is provided in the mixing tank, bubbles are generated by the electrical heating element, and the liquids are agitated and mixed by using the expansion and contraction of the bubbles.
