SUNSHADE BOARD FOR VEHICLE WITH LIGHT MULTILAYER STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A sunshade board with light multilayer structure in a vehicle is provided to decrease the weight of the product, to increase the rigidity and the mechanical property and to reduce process by forming the outer skin material such as PET nonwoven fabric simultaneously during cold forming. CONSTITUTION: A GOM(2) is formed of a mat by mixing glass fiber and polyolefin fiber, and preheated and formed. A high-density foam sheet(4) is formed of light polyolefin resin foam, and placed between the GOMs. A forming material is obtained by heating and pressing the foam sheet between the GOMs, and an outer skin material(6) such as nonwoven fabric is placed outside the GOM during cold-forming the forming material. The quality of the product is improved by integrally bonding the outer skin material to the GOM. The strength is improved by distributing force in the product with placing the light high-density foam sheet between the GOMs. The high-density foam sheet is made of polyethylene or polypropylene foaming sheet.
