<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rush current preventive circuit for suppressing the rush current when re-switching. <P>SOLUTION: This rush current preventive circuit for a switching regulator, including a first capacitor connected to a first and a second signal lines in parallel and a load circuit, comprises a switch for turning on and off the connection between an one electrode of a DC power supply and the second signal line; a second capacitor provided between the first and second signal lines; a discharging path cut-off circuit which is provided between the first and second signal lines, cuts off the discharging path to the second signal line side of the first capacitor when the voltage between the first and second lines is a reference voltage or lower, and forms a charging path to the second capacitor when the voltage exceeds a reference voltage; a discharging circuit which forms the discharging path of charges stored in the second capacitor; and a first transistor of which the control electrode is applied based on the charging voltage of the second capacitor, and a value of resistance between the first and second electrodes connected to the second signal line is changed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
