PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the cross interference of a guide pipe and to stably house a coated optical fiber tape in the groove of a slot. SOLUTION: An angle control batten plate 12 for regulating the carrying paths of all guide pipes 14 in the circumferential direction of an SZ slot 10 is provided between a die plate 11 and the assembly point G of the slot 10 at the assembly part of the coated optical fiber tapes 13 applied to the slot 10. The plate 12 has a guide hole to regulate the position of the pipe 14 in the circumferential direction of the slot 10 in accordance with the groove position of the slot 10. The guide hole is elongated so as not to restrict the movement of the pipe 14 in the radial direction of the slot 10. The plate 12 is driven and controlled to regulate the position of the pipe 14, but, in another embodiment of this invention, is made to freely turn.
