PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting mold making system and so forth which can take quick action against a decrease in a mixing ratio of a binding agent. SOLUTION: The casting mold making system comprises kneading machines 2, 3 to knead molding sand supplied from a sand storage 1 adding active clay, molding machines 5, 5 to mold a main mold using molding sand kneaded by the kneading machine 2, and forming machines 6, 6 to form an insert core 10 using the molding sand kneaded by the kneading machine 3. A casting mold 11 is fabricated using the insert core 10 formed by the forming machines 6,6 and the main mold 8 molded by the molding machines 5, 5. After making a cast by pouring molten metal in the casting mold 11, the casting mold 11 is dismantled to take out the formed cast, while the dismantled cast mold 11 is returned to the sand storage 1 as the molding sand. In the casing mold making system, a tensile break load measuring device 20 is prepared to test the tensile break load of the insert core 10, a mixing ratio in the molding sand is evaluated from the obtained tensile break load and then an amount of the binding agent to be added in the molding sand is adjusted so that the mixing ratio conforms to a designated mixing ratio.
