PURPOSE: A base mold frame manufacturing method, a soft mold manufacturing method and a barrier rib forming method are provided to achieve improved durability and reduce manufacturing procedures and costs. CONSTITUTION: A base mold frame manufacturing method comprises a step of preparing a photosensitive glass(50); a step of exposing the photosensitive glass into a predetermined depth by using a photo mask(51); a step of performing a heat treatment on the photosensitive glass; and a step of removing the exposed area of the photosensitive glass by using the difference of etching characteristics between the exposed area and the unexposed area which have different structures after the heat treatment performed in the previous step.
