DEVICE FOR SEPARATING IMPURITIES FOR SHOT BLAST

PURPOSE: A device for separating impurities for a shot blast is provided to efficiently remove iron oxide from the surface of a steel piece by separating crushed shot balls from minute iron oxide. CONSTITUTION: A guide tube(16) is installed below a screen, and guides shot balls passing through the screen. A plurality of magnet tubes(17) to which iron oxide is attached are installed at the upper part of the guide tube. A conical impurity attached tube(18) is installed at the lower part of the guide tube, and has a magnet(20). A discharge tube(22) is connected to the lower circumference of the impurity attached tube, and discharges impurities attached to the impurity attached tube.
