SOLUTION: The flow rate Qb of added hot-water is determined by subtracting a branched flow rate Qh to a general hot-water supply passage 5, from an incurrent flow rate Qk detected by a can body flow rate sensor 32, the unknown branched flow rate is determined on the basis of a following formula: Qb = Qk-Qh = Qk-[ä(Tks-Tc)/(Ths-Tc)}Qy], in which Qy is the flow rate of supplied hot-water detected by a hot-water flow rate sensor 57, Tks is a set hot-water temperature set in a remote controller 101, Ths is a set outcurrent hot-water temperature of high temperature poured from the can body 2, and Tc is the water supply temperature detected by an incurrent temperature sensor 33.
