PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit an inspection of a moving body lower part by an occupant at starting time by surely detecting the presence of an object in the whole area of the moving body lower part. SOLUTION: A conductive chassis part in a bottom part of an automobile 1 is used as an antenna 2, and the existence of the object between the antenna 2 and the ground surface 5 is determined by a determining part 3 on the basis of an input impedance change in the antenna 2. When the object exists, determining output of the existence of the object is generated from the determining part 3 to inform the occupant of the presence of the object by a warning sound and a warning display by a warning device 4.
