PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal, in which specific information can be changed and the security can be easily secured. SOLUTION: The communication terminal 10 is provided with a communication instruction receiving part 101, to receive a forced communication instruction including communication destination information, regarding a service providing system 30 to establish a communication state, a communication-establishing part 102 to communicate with the service-providing system 30 specified by the communication destination included in the forced communication instruction, a change instruction receiving part 103 to receive change information for changing the application software from the communicating service providing system 30, and an information control part 104, to change the application software stored beforehand, on the basis of the change information received by the change instruction receiving part 103.
