<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup device capable of obtaining a stable operation by short-circuiting and wiring a semiconductor laser diode on an integrated optical unit with a driving circuit on a flexible substrate. <P>SOLUTION: This optical pickup device is provided with an integrated optical unit 21 on which a semiconductor laser diode 11b is mounted, a driving circuit 15 for driving the semiconductor laser diode, a first wiring path A for connecting the integrated optical unit with the driving circuit, and a second wiring path B shorter than the path A. Since a signal from the driving circuit 15 is directly supplied to the driving circuit 15 without passing through the wiring path A on a substrate F, stable recording or the like is executed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
