PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect and remove cross colors from component signals already having the cross colors. SOLUTION: About pixels, which are decided as being stationary by a motion decider 100, a color signal subtractor 101 compares color signals with those in a previous field to detect cross colors.
