PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove impurities generated from an electrolytic cell of a water processor. SOLUTION: A filter means is arranged on the downstream side of the electrolytic cell that electrolyzes supplied water to generate alkaline water and acidic water. Specifically, two passages are installed on the downstream side of the electrolytic cell, and the filter means is arranged in one of the passages, of which the end drain hole is positioned at place suitable for water sampling. The filter means comprises a metal mesh and a hollow fiber membrane. The other passage, in which the filter means is not arranged, is equipped with a drain cut means. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
