WIDEBAND 180°-BIT PHASE SHIFTER

PURPOSE: A wideband 180°-bit phase shifter is provided to shift a phase of 180° within a broad band by improving a structure of the phase shifter. CONSTITUTION: A wideband 180°-bit phase shifter includes a lange coupler and a reflective load(30). The lange coupler is formed with an input port(21), an output port(22), a through port(24), and a coupled port(23). The reflective load(30) is connected to the through port(24) and the coupled port(23) of the lange coupler in order to reflect radio signals. The reflective load(30) is formed with a switching element(31), which is connected to a grounding portion(32). The switching element(31) is formed with a PIN diode. The grounding portion(32) is formed with a through-hole.
