PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a sill for a building in which a related sill can be fixed accurately to a predetermined place of a foundation even when an anchor bolt is displaced from a place, where the sill is installed, and a corrosion or the like is prevented. SOLUTION: The fixing structure of the sill for the building has a base plate 2 being arranged on a foundation K and having a recessed section 4 and a through-hole 5, a washer 20 being rotatably arranged in the recessed section 4 and having an elliptic deformed-bolt through-hole 22 and a sill body 10 being composed of an aluminum alloy, being placed on the base plate 2 and receiving the washer 20 and having a washer through-hole 18 having a width W in the indoor or outdoor direction approximately the same as the outside diameter of the washer 20 on a base 16. The anchor bolt 24 disposed in upright from the foundation K is penetrated to the through-hole 5 of the base plate 2 and the through-hole 22 of the washer 20 and clamped to a nut 25, the base plate 2 is fixed onto the top face Ku of the foundation K by the washer 20, the upper section of the washer 20 is penetrated into the through-hole 18 of the sill body 10, the sill body 10 is positioned on the base plate 2 and the sill body 10 and the base plate 2 are fixed by bolts 40 at four corners.
