PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder capable of preventing a bunch of combed hairs from disordering when the bunch of hairs is pinched with the fingers and drawn. SOLUTION: A fixed member 1 comprises cover parts 1a and 1b covering an index finger and a middle finger and a connection part 1c for fixing the cover parts 1a and 1b to the wrist side. On the opposite side of each of the cover parts 1a and clad 1b, brush members 2a and 2b are provided. The brush members 2a and 2b comprise a plurality of bristles 3 and the bristles 3 have looped tip ends like pile fabric.
