<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply avoid the erroneous installation of an incandescent lamp at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: In this luminaire, a fluorescent lamp 4 having a base part 1 of the same specification as that of an incandescent lamp 2 is lit by mounting the base part 1 to a socket 5. A nearly U-shaped metal spring wire 7 is straddled and mounted inside a resin-made reflecting cylinder 6 installed so as to face the front side of the socket 5 in a direction perpendicular to the mounting direction of the fluorescent lamp 4. The inner width of the spring wire 7 is set larger than the maximum outside diameter (a) of the fluorescent lamp 4 and smaller than the maximum outside diameter (b) of the incandescent lamp 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
