PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a message with which a user does not misunderstand that a content is erroneously recognized in a voice controller. SOLUTION: A voice recognition part 10 recognizes a command code 22 performing a function being an object of control and a recognized word code 21 matched with an uttered content of the user. A function performing part 110 performs a function corresponding to the command code 22 from the voice recognition part 10. A message output part 111 extracts, from a recognized word storage part 113a, recognized word corresponding to the recognized word code 21 from the voice recognition part 10, and generates a final message by using the extracted recognized word. Thus, the user can recognize that the content which he or she utters is normally recognized by informing the finally generated message through a display device 4 and a loudspeaker 5.
