PURPOSE: An apparatus for drying agricultural products which changes the circulation direction of hot air under the same temperature condition in a drying chamber, thereby drying agricultural products uniformly. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for drying agricultural products consists of: an air circulation chamber(200) between a cold and hot air supply chamber(100) and a drying chamber; a combining structure of a shelf supporting part for supporting the shelf; and a panel combining part for maintaining the temperature of the drying chamber for a long period of time. The air circulation chamber changes the circulation direction of hot air(or cold air) flowing to the drying chamber from the upper part to the lower part, or from the lower part to the upper part.
