SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing pea grains and media; charging pea grains and media into consumer cans; sealing and sterilizing cans, with peas used for canning being smooth peas in biological maturity stage; subjecting peas to swelling; introducing into media preparation produced by sequential extracting of Mortierella dichotoma micromycet biomass with the use of non-polar extractant in above-critical state, water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline, and water; joining first extract with solid residue. Method allows use of basic material requiring specialized power consuming preparing and storage processes to be omitted and year-round production to be provided.
