PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen support of a truck frame by supporting the truck frame in a wide range to the left and the right in relation to an axle case. SOLUTION: The truck frame 16 is supported oscillatably through an oscillating shaft 22 by a traveling machine body 3. The truck frame 16 is provided with coupled driving wheels 12, 13 and a rolling wheel 14, and a driving wheel 11 to which power is transmitted from the axle 25 of the traveling machine body 3 is positioned at an upper part of the oscillating shaft 22. A crawler belt 15 is wound on the coupled driving wheels 12, 13 and the rolling wheel 14. The traveling machine body 3 is provided with the axle case 19 for supporting the axle 25, the axle case 19 is provided with an oscillating shaft hanging member 53, and the truck frame 16 is provided with an oscillating shaft receiving member 54. The oscillating shaft hanging member 53 is connected to the oscillating shaft receiving member 54 by the oscillating shaft 22. The oscillating shaft 22 is formed from two concentric short shafts 22A and 22B, and the oscillating shaft hanging member 53 and the oscillating shaft receiving member 54 are connected to each of the short shafts 22A and 22B.
