PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience when originating a call or during the call after a call is cut by radio abnormality. SOLUTION: While an automatic redial mode is set, when the call is cut by radio abnormality such as out-of-synchronism or radio interruption and call cut-off is detected by a microcomputer part, a call is automatically originated to a telephone number of a party under calling stored in a memory. When the call before call cut-off is set to a hands-free mode and the call is cut off, hands-free mode setting is saved and when restarting the call by the automatic call originating operation, the call is automatically set to the hands-free mode based upon the saved setting. Further, when a sound quality or sound volume is adjusted in the call before the call cut-off and when the call is cut off, the adjusted status is saved and when restarting the call by the automatic call originating function, the same call sound adjusted status as the original call is set based upon the saved adjusted status.
