PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-piece clip capable of surely fixing a mounted member by preventing the lateral displacement (displacement in the circumferential direction) of elastic leg parts in an expanded state. SOLUTION: This clip 10 is composed of a grommet 20 having a plurality of elastic leg parts 22 divided and extended from an annular flange 21, and a pin 50 having a shaft part 52 expanding the elastic leg parts 22 by being inserted among the elastic leg parts 22 through a central hole 27 of the flange 21. Ribs 60 are formed on both sides of a part of the shaft part 52 with which tips of the elastic leg parts 22 are kept into contact, and axial guide grooves 25 are formed on inner faces of the elastic leg parts 22 to insert the ribs 60. The lateral displacement in the expanded state can be prevented by fitting the tips of the elastic leg parts 22 into recessed parts 61 of the ribs 60. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
