PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system, which is capable of evenly cooling the electronic devices mounted on each shelf, has a simple constitution, and in which little labor is required in adjustment or the like, and an electronic apparatus housing rack provided with the cooling system. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus housing rack 1, provided with the cooling system 5, has the electronic apparatuses 7 mounted on each of a plurality of shelves 19 arranged at a distance in vertical directions, and is provided with the cooling system 5 in a rack 3, having a ventilation port 23 at the top portion. The housing rack 1 comprises a duct 29 provided in vertical directions of the rack 3; fans 33 that take in cool air to supply into the duct; and nozzles 31, which are arranged for each shelf 19 and on which air outlet ports are formed, in which the nozzles 31 are communicated to the duct 29, and the nozzles 31 blow out the cool air sucked by the fans 33 toward the electronic apparatuses 7.
