PURPOSE: Hospital pants for patients are provided to improve a function of the pants, and to prevent the pants from sliding down easily, thereby offering well-fitting hospital pants to a wearer's body without sliding down. CONSTITUTION: The hospital pants for patients include a one-touch button at the waist of the pants. Also, instead of using a string, the waist of the pants is made of a rubber band with a good elasticity so that the pants are not easily slid down. By simply pressing the one-touch button, patients put on or take off the pants without much difficulties. Particularly, the hospital pants having rubber band waist are useful for patients.
