PURPOSE: A developing method by a bid of an on-line joint-stock corporation is provided to accumulate developing results and enable stockholders to share accumulated developing contents continuously by investing a difference of an interactive wanted amount of money of the stockholders to a joint-stock corporation again in a transaction among stockholders. CONSTITUTION: In a joint-stock corporation, a developing requester and a developer become stockholders. The developing requester suggests wanted amount of money through an on-line notice board, and requests a development. The developer decides a bidding price through an auction for a predetermined period, and selects a successful bidder. A developing result is created by a contract between the developing requester and the successful bidder. The balance between wanted amount of money and the bidding price is invested to the joint-stock corporation again. The share of the investment is distributed to the developing requester and the successful bidder.
