PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a structure for electrically connecting together windings which are disposed in two rows on single split cores. SOLUTION: A stator structure comprises split cores 2 obtained by splitting an annular stator core having a plurality of salient poles by pole, end caps 4 which are placed on both the end faces of at least the wire winding portions of the split cores 2 and insulate the split cores 2 themselves and the windings 3A and 3B, and the windings 3A and 3B which are obtained by winding flat-type wires 3a on the split cores 2 in two rows and disposed so that their winding directions are reverse to each other. The inner circumferential starting ends of the windings 3A and 3B in two rows are electrically connected with each other to cause them to function as a single winding. At this time, connecting wires 7 for connecting together the windings 3A and 3B in two rows are formed integrally with the end caps 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
